Healthy Veggie Pita
Ingredients:
1 Whole Wheat Pita 1/2 cup Cucumber (diced) 1/8 cup Tomatoes (diced) 1/4 cup Sabra Hummus 1/4 cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt 1 T Red Wine Vinegar Black Pepper (to taste)
Combine hummus and yogurt and spread evenly on inside of pita. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. Top with red wine vinegar and black pepper and serve.
