Healthy Tuna Salad
Ingredients: 1 cup Arugula 1 cup Black Beans (drained and rinsed) 1/2 can Tuna (or 4 oz. Ahi tuna) 2 tsp. Olive Oil 2 tsp. White Wine Vinegar 1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard Black pepper (to taste)
Wash arugula leaves thoroughly. Combine in bowl with all other ingredients and serve. Serves 1. Nutritional Information:
