Healthy Salmon Salad
Ingredients: 8 oz. Fresh Salmon (or canned) 1 T Kraft Olive Oil Mayonnaise 1 T Fat Free Yogurt 1/2 Cup Celery (diced) 1 T Capers 1 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar 6 Romaine Lettuce Leaves Black pepper (to taste)
Wash Romaine lettuce leaves thoroughly. Crumble salmon in separate bowl, removing any bones or skin. Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, celery, capers and pepper. Mix well and then add to salmon and toss. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
