Quiznos Nutrition Facts and Healthy Menu Options

When it comes to large chain sub shops, Quiznos has some of the unhealthiest subs on the market.

A large Classic Italian sub has 1190 calories, 68 grams of fat, 3350 grams of sodium, and 94 grams of carbs. What about the large Ultimate Turkey Club? That sounds like a healthier option, right? Not so much. This one has 1210 calories, 74 grams of fat, and 2820 of sodium. If you're trying to watch your weight, Quiznos is not the place for you.

Quiznos Nutrition Facts: Healthy Menu Options

Unfortunately for Quiznos, they are way behind other sub places (like Subway) when it comes to offering healthy menu choices. They have gotten rid of trans fats but most of their menu options are still loaded with calories, saturated fat, and sodium – several of their subs and even one of their salads have over 1000 calories and an entire days worth of saturated fat and sodium! Nevertheless, we have analyzed their menu and offered a few healthier choices below.

As always, opt for whole wheat bread and skip the cheese and sauce and save even more calories and fat!

• Medium Honey Bourbon Chicken: 530 calories, 37g carbs, 2.5g saturated fat, 1520mg sodium

• Small Turkey Ranch and Swiss: 400 calories, 45g carbs, 2.5g saturated fat, 1160mg sodium

• Small Honey Bacon Club: 470 calories, 52g carbs, 3.5g saturated fat, 1440mg sodium

• Pesto Turkey Toasty Bullet: 325 calories, 80g carbs, 3.5g saturated fat, 1125mg sodium

Bottom Line: Quiznos’ healthy choices are few and far between. Their processed meats and cheeses are loaded with fat and sodium. Subway has much healthier options so opt for Subway instead whenever you can.
