Healthy Lime Shrimp
Ingredients: 1 lb. Cooked Shrimp (tails chopped off) 2 tsp. Olive Oil 1 Garlic Clove (minced) 1 Lime (juiced) 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped) 1 T Fresh Ginger (finely chopped) 1/4 tsp. Brown Sugar 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes 2 tsp. Soy Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours then serve. Serves 4.
