Healthy Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients: 1/3 Cup Dijon Mustard 2 T Light Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup Honey 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 2 T Chopped Parsley (optional) 1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4 - 4oz. breasts)
Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix mustard, mayo, honey, Worcestershire sauce and divide into 2 bowls. Coat chicken pieces with sauce from 1 bowl and set aside the second bowl. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in the middle. Baste with sauce from remaining bowl once cooked and serve. Serves 4.
