Healthy Quiche Recipe
Ingredients: ½ cup Chopped Onion 1 Eggland’s Best Egg 2 Eggland’s Best Egg White ½ cup Fat-free Sour Cream 6 oz. Chopped Ham 3 oz. Shredded Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese 3 oz. Shredded Reduced Fat Mexican Blend Cheese 1 – 9 inch pie crust (note: look for a healthier, "trans fat free" pie crust)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a non-stick skillet to medium and coat with olive oil cooking spray. Add onions and cook for about 5 minutes, or until tender. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sour cream together, stir in onions, ham, and cheese, then pour into pie crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until eggs are lightly browned. Serves 6.
