Below you'll find a few of our favorite healthy lunch recipes. Always aim for a healthy dose of both protein and vegetables with your lunch.

Here are some tips for keeping your lunch healthy:

  • Drink a 16 oz. glass of water
  • Eat a cup of raw veggies with your lunch
  • Instead of potato chips, opt for a serving of whole grain crackers (like Triscuits) with a scoop of hummus
  • Grab a handful of raw almonds or walnuts to go with your lunch
  • Mix up some romaine lettuce or spinach with a Tablespoon each of olive oil and vinegar for a healthy side salad with your lunch
