Here are a few of my personal favorite healthy lunch recipes. I always try and get a healthy dose of both protein and vegetables with my lunch.
I usually drink a 16 oz. glass of water and have a cup of raw veggies ora few whole grain crackers (like Triscuits) with hummus to accompany these easy and nutritious lunch recipes. Some other great healthy snacks to consider with lunch are a handful of almonds or walnuts, a granola bar, or a piece of fruit.
