Healthy Berry Parfait
Ingredients: 2 cups Fat-free Strawberry Yogurt (or plain fat-free yogurt mixed with fresh strawberries) 1 cup Raspberries 1/2 cup Blueberries 1 cup Pineapple (cubed)
Combine raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, and strawberry yogurt into 4 separate glasses (best if served in cold glasses) and serve (you can also add ice cubes and a little bit of skim milk (changes nutritional value slightly) and blend into a delicious healthy smoothie). Serves 4.
