Healthy Beef and Cheddar Sandwich
Ingredients: 3 oz. Boar's Head Reduced Sodium Roast Beef 1 oz. Cabot 75% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 slices Aunt Millie's Organic Whole Wheat Bread 1/4 cup Shredded Lettuce 1 slice Tomato 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Stack all ingredients together to create sandwich and enjoy. Add a salad with 1 cup Romaine lettuce and as much balsamic vinegar as you want...this only adds around 20 calories! Serves 1.
