Healthy Banana Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Banana (mashed up)

1/2 Cup No Salt Almond Butter

1/4 Cup Honey

4 Packets of Splenda

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 Cup Oats

1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/4 Cup Fat Free Dry Milk Powder

1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

1/4 tsp. Baking Soda

1 Cup Raisins


Preheat oven to 350. Coat 2 baking sheets with olive oil or canola oil cooking spray. In a large bowl combine banana, almond butter, honey, Splenda, and vanilla. Stir in oats, whole wheat flour, milk powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and raisins and stir thoroughly. Separate dough mixture into small portion (about 1/4 Cup) and spread apart evenly on two baking sheets. Bake sheets one at a time for around 15 minutes until browned.
